WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Wake Forest Athletic Department held their annual Fall Sports Fan on Saturday, August 15th about an hour after the Football Deacs finished up their first scrimmage of the season.   Fan Fest is a free family fun event held at BB&T field.

Fans are allowed to wander on the field, get autographs and pictures of their favorite athletes from Wake’s Men’s Soccer, Field Hockey, Volleyball, Cross Country and Football teams.  They also enjoyed interactive games and inflatables, complimentary beverages and popcorn, and free photo sessions with the Deacon and/or his motorcycle.

Our guess is that over 4000 fans attended this family friendly event.

If you had your photograph taken with the Deacon or Harley, expect a low resolution image (web size) to come to you via email in the next few days.  You may use this image for screen savers, digital frames, facebook, or just to send to grandma.
