SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Your order will be shipped within 2 days if its arrival into our studio. Depending on the type of product you have purchased that could be days or weeks after your place your order online. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX.  If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please call us and we will estimate shipping time for you. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 336.275.9797 for charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7.75% sales tax. Orders less than $100 will be charged a $6.00 shipping fee.
